We've Got Answers
People are always asking questions. Everything from what Faces of Courage does to how people can get involved. We hope your question will be answered here. If not, please send Peggie an email (psherry@facesofcourage.com).
FAQs
Are all Faces of Courage events free?
Every camp, outing, day/night of pampering is offered at no charge to women and/or children affected by cancer and blood illness. Sometimes we organize events to raise money for Faces of Courage which may require an entry fee. We do our very best to make sure all details of an event or camp are made available to you. Of course, if you have any questions about an event, you can email Peggie Sherry.
Can children bring their siblings with them to camp?
It depends on the camp. Because each camp is funded differently, we try to make sure any kid campers that want to participate can do so. After that, if resources are available, we welcome siblings with open arms. Our annual Santa's Workshop Weekend is a non-religious weekend camp to which kid campers and their siblings can go.
How can I get involved?
We can always use an extra set of helping hands. Faces of Courage wouldn't be where it is today without the help of our passionate and dedicated volunteers. At the bottom of this page, you can sign up for our email newsletter to stay in the know about the events we host year round. Rest assured: We do not sell or share your information.
